What this service stores
The service stores parent account details, registration/referral source, child display names and usernames, learning answers and progress, reward/payout records, tutor conversations, subscription status and feedback submitted through the site.
Passwords are stored as password hashes rather than readable passwords. Child accounts do not require an email address.
For paid subscriptions, checkout is provided by PayPal. This site stores PayPal subscription identifiers and status needed to control access, but does not store payment-card or PayPal account passwords. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
When AI tutor features are used, relevant question/tutor text may be sent to the configured AI provider so the tutor can produce an explanation. Avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information into tutor chat.
Feedback can be reviewed by the Site Owner and may be used to fix errors and plan new features. Family learning information is separated by account in the database.
The beta does not include a mechanism for selling user data. Before a full paid public launch, this notice should be expanded and legally reviewed for the final hosting, retention, deletion, payment-provider and service-provider arrangements.
